Delete your BoonWatch account

You can delete your account and data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open BoonWatch.
2. Go to Settings > Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away from the app and from our active systems within 30 days.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email you used with Sign in with Apple or Google. If you never signed in that way, tell us roughly when you installed the app, and we'll help you find the account. We'll confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your saved spots and alert settings
• Your push notification tokens and pending alerts
• Your alert history
• Your BoonWatch account ID and any linked Apple or Google sign-in

What we may keep

• Encrypted backups roll off within a further 30 days.
• Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider, as the law and their policies require.

Your subscription isn't cancelled automatically

Deleting your account doesn't stop billing. Cancel Pro in your subscription settings:

• iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > BoonWatch
• Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > BoonWatch
